What you need to make 18 egg custards: 1. One-time use tin foil muffin mold (Shaw's (3x6 for $3) is the best) 2. Sugar Powder 3. Eggs 4. Vanilla Extract 5. Butter 6. Milk 7. Flour 8. Mixer (to beat the eggs) I. To make the crust,you need to melt 2 bars of butter (1 cup) in microwave. Mix with 1 cup of powered sugar, 3 cups of flour, 1 egg and 2 drops of vanilla extract. II. Turn on the oven to 400F to preheat. III. To make the filling, you need to microwave 1/3 cup of powered sugar with 3/4 cup of water. Once sugar is all melted, then add 2 drops of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of milk. Use mixer to beat 4 eggs then add to the rest. IV. Use crust dough to form a cup shape and insert into muffin mold. Then add filling. V. Bake for 20-25min Comments (2)
